When you contact us or submit a project enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and project requirements.
How We Use Information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your project, prepare proposals, and provide requested services. The project questionnaire sends answers only when you choose to submit your request.
Form Processing, Analytics and Advertising Measurement
Enquiries are stored securely in Webvision's Supabase database and may be delivered by email through Resend. The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand website performance and usage.
Where configured, Webvision also uses Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure visits, contact intent, enquiries and confirmed consultation bookings. This may involve cookies, browser identifiers, campaign information and server-side event transmission to Meta. Contact details used for matching are normalised and securely hashed before transmission; full enquiry messages are never sent to Meta.
Cookie Choices
Essential technology is used for security, form verification and remembering your privacy choice. Analytics and advertising measurement are optional and remain disabled unless you choose to enable them. You can accept, reject or select optional categories separately, and reopen Cookie settings at any time. Your preference is remembered for up to six months unless you clear it sooner.
Sharing and Retention
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website or deliver requested services, and retain it only as needed for enquiries, services, and legal obligations.
Your Choices
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted, subject to applicable requirements. You can withdraw optional tracking permission using the Cookie settings control, and can also manage or block cookies through your browser and Meta account settings.
